Learn more about ERISA filing and disclosure requirements for your welfare (health, life, and disability plans), and avoid costly penalties (and further complications) with self-correction before a Department of Labor (DOL) investigation

- Dominion Benefits has been in communication with our Flex Plan administrators regarding the new regulations. All seem to be in the mode of evaluating the regulations and the needed software and SPD enhancements to implement a change. We expect more information regarding client options for plan changes sometime this summer.
