Assigned Enrollment Specialist
Your Enrollment and Service Specialist assists you with billing and enrollment issues. The Enrollment Specialist researches, reviews and resolves enrollment issues (terminations, new hires, etc.) promptly and offers your employees valuable support at open enrollment and throughout the year. Employees are provided a toll-free number and direct email access to this Specialist.
Vendor Client Support and Advocacy
Your Client Advocate is available to assist you in researching and resolving complex claims and service issues as they arise. This individual is your advocate for you to ensure prompt, accurate resolution of claims inquiries. As a liaison with providers, vendors, and insurance regulators regarding claims issues, your client advocate plays a valuable role to ensure you and your employees receive excellent service and support when you need it. In 2009, our client advocate resolved 750 disputed claims, resulted in nearly $1.6M in approved payments.
