Federal Court in FLA Declares PPACA Unconstitutional
Federal Court Judge Vinson in the U.S. District Court for the Northern Distrit of Florida on January 31 declared the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act unconstitutional. Over the next 24 to 48 hours, judicial and legislative action will be taken.
